Liquitex Heavy Body Artist Color
Liquitex Heavy Body Artist Acrylic Colours (previously called High Viscosity on label), have a thick, exceptionally smooth, buttery consistency. They are ideal for traditional painting techniques using brushes or knives, as well as for experimental, mixed media, collage and printmaking applications. If used for impasto applications, heavy bodied acrylics will retain crisp brush stroke and knife marks. Good surface drag provides excellent handling and blending characteristics with increased open-working time. The high pigment load produces rich, brilliant, permanent colour that will not chip or crack when dry. Available in 100 different colours in a 2oz tube.
Primary 6 Tube Set: includes six 22mL (0.75oz) tubes of primary colours; Brilliant Yellow, Naphthol Crimson, Ultramarine Blue, Phthalo Green, Burnt Sienna, and Titanium White.
Studio 6 Tube Set: includes 2oz (59 ml) tubes of Brilliant Yellow, Naphthol Crimson, Ultramarine Blue, Phthalo Green, Mars Black, and Titanium White.
Complete Classic Studio Set: contains eight 2oz tubes of paint, 2 brushes, one gloss medium & varnish and a canvas board.
