Winsor & Newton Winton Oil Paints

W&N Winton Oil Colours are a very popular choice for beginners and students. They are a range of moderately priced oil colours suitable for artists requiring good quality colour at an economical price. Winton has high levels of pigmentation that provide good coverage. Winton colors may be safely intermixed with other Winsor & Newton Oil products with the exception of; (a) thin alkyd films over thick oil films and; (b) thick Oilbar films under oil films. Winsor & Newton's wide range of mediums are also available, allowing artists to modify oil color characteristics such as consistency, gloss, drying rate and texture. Winton colours have a uniform consistency which retains excellent brush and knife stroke textures. They are available in 37ml and 200ml tubes.
