Kiln Clay

White: The ideal white handbuilding and potting clay for either studio or classroom use. Bisque at 03 or 04 for best glazing results at cone 06.

Terra-cotta: This is a slippery-smooth general purpose terra-cotta. Colour deepens from cone 06-2. Good for Majolica. Craze resistance will improve with higher 04-03 bisque firing.
If being used as a food surface and pottery is fired below cone 6 it must be glazed.
